iyizen is a mobile application that allows users to track their fitness workouts, create programs, and view their statistics.

2. Account Creation

• You need to create an account to use the app
• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• You must be over 13 years of age

3. Acceptable Use

When using the app, you must not:

• Engage in activities that violate the law
• Harass or disturb other users
• Take actions that jeopardize the security of the app
• Share spam or unwanted content
• Access other users' accounts without authorization

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Subscription

• Monthly and yearly subscription options are available
• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew

4.2 Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
• No refunds are provided for partial periods

4.3 Free Trial

• A free trial period may be offered
• The subscription starts automatically after the trial period ends

5. Intellectual Property

• The app and its content are protected by copyright
• The iyizen brand and logo are registered
• Rights to user content belong to the user

6. Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided "as is"
• It does not replace professional health or fitness advice
• Consult your doctor before exercising
• No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account in the following cases:

• Violation of these terms
• Prolonged inactivity
• Illegal activities

8. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice. You will be informed of significant changes.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
